The Canadian Church Historical Society exists to promote the scholarly study of history of the Church in Canada, with a special interest in the Anglican Church. Since 1950 we have published a highly regarded peer-review journal (The Journal of the Canadian Church Historical Society), which is published twice a year. For information about submitting to the Journal click on the tab beneath the header. From time-to-time we sponsor conferences on special topics, the most recent being a conference commemorating the the 175th anniversary of the founding of the Diocese of Toronto, which was held at Trinity College, Toronto, Oct. 30 – Nov. 1, 2014. Our next conference is being planned for 2016.
